There is a theory that has been passed between Pixar fans, living online and through word of mouth, but never officially confirmed: All of the Pixar movies actually exist within the same universe.
And while the theory hasn’t been officially confirmed just yet, Pixar did release a video on their Toy Story Facebook page that stoked the flames:
