…Phonographs make great CD players?

CD Phonograph

This ‘CD Player’ has been modified to look like a phonograph from the early 1900s. A standard CD player was disassembled by Yong Jieyu (the artist), and then the components were rearranged to suit the layout of the new phonograph design. The speakers are located below the trumpet loudspeaker for amplification, and the laser has been moved to the top to allow exposed spinning of the CD. Stunning.
