…You need to support our poops?

Support Our Poops

Support Our Poops is a movement to draw attention to the fact that one in 17 people in this country will develop colorectal cancer at some point in their life. About half of those people will lose their life because of it. However, simple routine screenings can drastically improve your chances of beating colon cancer.

To help spread the word, these Support Our Poops stickers act as “poopaganda”, serving to remind people of the importance of their bowel movement.

Isn’t it time you joined the fight?

…Tea helps you sip for a cure for breast cancer?

Sip For The Cure

Here’s a tasty way to support the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation: Sip for the Cure. The Sip for the Cure line of teas by the Republic of Tea, featuring flavors like Pink Grapefruit Green Tea (The original flavor of the collection), Pink Rose Green Tea, Lady Apple Green Tea and Pink Lemonade Green Tea, has been responsible for raising over half a million dollars for the fight against breast cancer. The collection also features marmalade, a mug and a teapot, and a portion of every sale is donated to the foundation. With October being National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, maybe it’s finally time to start drinking tea on a regular basis. Who knows, maybe it’ll help save a life someday.

…LIVESTRONG bands can be had with a little more style?

Gold Livestrong

If yellow rubber isn’t your fashion statement of choice, but you would still like to show your support for those who have been affected by cancer, the Limited Edition LIVESTRONG Band by Kendra Scott Design might be just the bracelet you’ve been looking for. Created in memory of 10/2/96, the day Lance Armstrong became a cancer survivor; the bands are made of either 18-karat white or yellow gold and feature a yellow diamond set in the “O”. The men’s version is a cuff, while the women’s is a clasping bangle, and each is available in a variety of sizes. Of course each is engraved with “Unity is Strength” on the inside, the slogan for the Lance Armstrong Foundation. Only 10,296 of the bracelets will be produced, and a large portion of the $10,296 retail price will go directly into the Lance Armstrong Foundation. A great way to support a great cause, this is definitely a gift that keeps on giving.
