…It’s Website Wednesday: Games For The Brain?

Games For The Brain

Today’s website is Games For The Brain, a collection of challenging (and neverending) flash games, such as the previously featured Rotate game, along with various other quiz, memory, and brain games that are all designed to train your thinking. If you’re going to get addicted to an online game, why not make it something that you’ll at least get a little bit of benefit from?

…Rotating pictures is fun?

If you’re looking for a little more cranial involvement with your online games, check out Rotate, from Games For The Brain. Rotate takes an image from Flickr that is posted under a Creative Commons license, and splits it up into a mosaic of tiny squares. The goal is to rotate each square until the picture returns to normal. Get it right, and 25 points get added to your “IQ” score. Get it wrong though, and 25 points are taken away. It addictive in a simple and satisfying sort of way.
